1. What is the objective of Deep Coaching(Free)?
Ans: Deep Coaching is an initiative towards an ideal society. In this era of commercialization it is striving to provide equal opportunities for socio-economically disadvantaged students.
2.What are the courses available at Deep IAS(Free) Coaching?
Ans: Earlier at Deep Coaching, free of cost coaching for the preparation of coveted Civil Services (CSE) Examination-(IAS-IPS Service) conducted by the Union Public Service Commission(UPSC) and other Group-A Service examinations conducted by UPSC and State Public Service Commission(PCS) was provided.
Now with the firm inspiration of our mentor, Deep Coaching will provide Coaching for Pre-Medical Entrance Examination held by NEET, AIIMS and other institutions.
3. What subjects will be covered in this course?
Ans: The syllabus will cover all three essential subjects that is Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
4. What will be the duration and time period of complete course?
Ans: In all, it is an 5 months intensive preparation course wherein classes are held 5 days a week (3 to 4 hours daily). The class time is longer on weekends and government holidays. The classes are also accompanied by regular tests and daily assignments.
5. Do you also take care of personality development?
Ans: Yes, it is to emphasize that personality development is an essential part of our preparation program. It also helps us in becoming a better citizen. At Deep Coaching extra-curricular activities like debate, speech, essay writing etc are organized on a regular basis for this reason. Further, the eminent personalities keep visiting the academy and guide students on a regular basis. Personality development is one of the core objectives of the coaching.
6. How is the progress of students assessed?
Ans: The students are regularly evaluated on the basis of their performance by Weekly Test Series.
7. Is the coaching completely free or there are hidden charges?
Ans: The Coaching is completely free for all selected students and no fees are to be paid at any stage.
8. Do you also have any paid seats for well-off students?
Ans: No paid seats are available, all seats are completely free.
9. Do you provide residential facilities?
Ans: No, the coaching does not provide residential facilities. The accommodation and living expenses are to be arranged by students only.
10. What is the admission Criteria?
Ans: The coaching believes in the fundamental principle of equal educational opportunity for all. However, due to limited seats(capacity) and huge demand for Free Medical Coaching we select most deserving candidates. Besides educational performance, selection criteria also focus on sincerity and humane attitude of students towards society and country.
The preference is given to economically poor, women, socially marginalized, minorities and other disadvantaged groups.
11. What is the admission procedure?
Ans: The regular admission procedure starts in June month every year and applications for new admission are accepted till mid of July. The applications are scrutinized and shortlisted candidates are examined/interviewed by a panel. The classes start in the first week of August and students are given a week’s time to join. The vacant/not reported seats are filled by waiting list students.
12. Who runs and funds this free coaching?
Ans: The inspiration-source and main force behind this free coaching institute is Dr. Praveen Kumar who is an Indian Revenue Service(IRS) officer of 2009 batch. In addition to management of the coaching, he also teaches here on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and official holidays. He is assisted by other excellent faculty members. The coaching is also supported by other progressive people of the society.
